Jack Harlow makes a big splash this week as he jumps 17-1 with “First Class.” It’s his second hit on the chart. Last September, he rose to No. 9 along with Lil Nas X with their collaboration “INDUSTRY BABY.” Elsewhere, Justin Bieber’s “Ghost” falls down to No. 10 after reaching the summit last week. Three new songs debut, led by Born Ruffians at No. 19 with “Chrysanthemums.”
